Mothers Day 2012 Doodle Google

Mother's Day 2012 - Google Doodle

In this beautiful animated Doodle, the two 2 ‘0’s in ‘Google’ is appearing from a left corner. You can see them running up to their mom to give her a flower. The letter G represents the mom. This animation is quite short and simple but it’s effective in conveying the important message to its users. This animation lasts for 4 seconds, and when its over the remaining letters fades in and the word Google appears completely on their homepage.

This Google Doodle motivates us to gift something to our moms. Well, I’ve planned something for her, and I’ll be giving that tomorrow, (literally today because 12 AM is over). This Doodle has rolled out for countries with GMT less than +5.30 which means, it’s already live in Google India. Your mother is the person who carried you in her womb, suppressing the pain for your birth. So it’s your duty to honor her by giving a small gift.

Google did an awesome job in reminding people about the need to care for their mom. It should not be for a single day, it’s for all life long.

Note: People living in other countries may not be able to see this Doodle. If you’re eager to see it live, head over to Google India Homepage at www.google.co.in and have a look.
